Revision Rounds: We offer up to two rounds of revisions per project, as specified in your project agreement. These revisions are designed to address specific, actionable feedback.

Scope of Revisions: Revisions should pertain to the original project scope and brief. Significant changes outside of the original scope may incur additional charges.

Timeline: Revisions must be requested within five days of receiving the draft. Delays may affect project timelines.

Final Approval: After the agreed-upon revision rounds, clients are required to provide final approval. Any further changes will be considered a new project and subject to additional fees.

3. Project Cancellation and Refunds: Given the personalized nature of our media content creation services, refunds are generally not provided after work has commenced. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Project cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the amount of work completed and any incurred costs.

6. Limitations of Liability: Asher Photo Studio | Media Content Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.

7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
